How it works

Measure, then help immediately.

  1. Screen the whole organisation

Via link and QR code. Every employee sees their own result immediately. You receive the report per department.

Only groups of 15+ No app required

  2. Eight weeks of support, right after the screening

Team challenges with a daily check‑in. When someone’s picture declines, the system responds on its own: first with tips, then with a suggested session with a certified psychologist. Anyone can also book on their own initiative.

  3. Then you choose

You can stop: the screening and the eight weeks are complete, and the report is yours. Or continue on an annual contract. See the two options.

A survey is a single moment. We measure continuously, and people take part because they get something out of it themselves.

How the system responds, level by level →

The cost of waiting

Everything you have today only starts after someone calls in sick.

The occupational health service steps in after the sick note. An EAP only when someone picks up the phone themselves. The risk assessment once every few years.

10.8%2 of sick leave cases become long-term
80.9%2 of absence days come from those cases
43.4%2 of those are mental, and that share is rising

A handful of long-term cases drives your number. You only see them once they call in sick.

Six commitments.
