We are building a network of psychologists and coaches for short online sessions, booked by the employee themselves.

How it works

Short sessions, without the paperwork around them.

  • The session. 30 minutes, online via the platform. The employee books it themselves. The first session is scheduled within 48 hours of the request.
  • The clients. Employees of participating employers.
  • Confidentiality. The employer never sees who books a session. Notes fall under your professional confidentiality and never go to the employer.
What we ask

Registration, experience, availability.

  1. Registration as a psychologist (for example NIP) or a verifiable coaching certification
  2. Experience with work-related complaints
  3. Availability for short online sessions
  4. Dutch and/or English, other languages are welcome
