No. Never. Your answers and readings stay with you. Your employer only sees groups of 15 or more, never one person.
Do I have to take part?
No. Taking part is voluntary. Not joining costs you nothing and your manager won't see it.
Do I need a smartwatch?
No. Everything works without one. If you have one you can connect it. That stays your choice.
