- Working days per year: 230 (NL, after leave and public holidays).
- Loaded cost per sick day: €300 — a conservative figure for a Dutch employer (TNO/ArboNed cite €300+; some use €405).
- Share of absence that is work-stress related: ~30% (TNO: roughly a third of work-related absence is caused by work stress).
- Scan price: €35 per employee (volume pricing on request).
