A NOTE ON SCOPE

Mindsetor is a wellbeing platform, not a medical device. Our risk indicators are informational, not diagnostic. We consume published clinical research as input. We do not practice clinical care.

04 // HOW THE SYSTEM RESPONDS

The Intervention Ladder.

When something declines, the system doesn't wait. It responds — automatically, at the right level, at the right time.

01

Daily Insights

Sleep, activity, mood, and HRV — shown to the employee every day. Personal baselines built over 30 days. They see how they're doing without anyone telling them.

Always active
02

Nudges & Tips

When metrics drop below their personal baseline, the app delivers tips and behavioral nudges. Automatic — no HR involvement. The employee sees specific, relevant guidance.

Triggered by decline
03

Specialist Booking

When patterns persist, the system prompts the employee directly. "We noticed you're slowing down. Want to talk about it?" One tap to book a session with a wellbeing specialist (psychologist or lifestyle coach). Voluntary. The system suggests; you decide. Private. No HR approval needed.

System-prompted
04

HR Receipts & Alerts

Levels 1–3 run without HR. HR gets a periodic receipt of what the system did — nudges delivered, sessions booked, trend direction. If aggregate signals decline below thresholds, HR gets a direct alert with recommended structural actions. The system handles prevention. HR only steps in when something systemic needs to change.

Anonymized by design
05 // INFORMED BY
"The best intervention is the one that arrives before anyone knows it's needed."
