THE
LAB.
A research environment where behavioral science meets algorithmic rigor.
A NOTE ON SCOPE
Mindsetor is a wellbeing platform, not a medical device. Our risk indicators are informational, not diagnostic. We consume published clinical research as input. We do not practice clinical care.
Academic
Foundations.
PARTNER
Maastricht University
Detection methodology developed in collaboration with the Faculty of Psychology and Neuroscience. Clinical thresholds informed by occupational health research.
ECOSYSTEM
Brightlands Smart Services
2026 Startup Award winner. Data architecture developed and recognized at the Brightlands Smart Services Campus.
"Where behavioral science becomes operational infrastructure."
Behavioral methodology informed by peer-reviewed research in occupational health psychology. Clinical thresholds derived from validated studies (Ekstedt 2006, JD-R model).
Institutional Authority.
Brightlands
Recognized for groundbreaking data architecture in the mental performance ecosystem.

Competing at the global level of social enterprise innovation. Selected for quarter-finals in the world's largest student entrepreneurship competition.
Scientific Pedigree
Detection markers built on validated clinical thresholds and continuous health data from 50+ consumer devices.
Works with whatever
your team already owns.
Any tracker your employees already own just works. 50+ devices, zero configuration.
Apple Watch
Garmin
Oura Ring
Whoop
Fitbit
Samsung

Earn Your Tracker Back.
No device? No problem. Employees buy any supported tracker and earn the full cost back through daily wellbeing goals. Three steps — buy, engage, earn.
+ 50 more supported devices.
The Intervention Ladder.
When something declines, the system doesn't wait. It responds — automatically, at the right level, at the right time.
Daily Insights
Sleep, activity, mood, and HRV — shown to the employee every day. Personal baselines built over 30 days. They see how they're doing without anyone telling them.
Nudges & Tips
When metrics drop below their personal baseline, the app delivers tips and behavioral nudges. Automatic — no HR involvement. The employee sees specific, relevant guidance.
Specialist Booking
When patterns persist, the system prompts the employee directly. "We noticed you're slowing down. Want to talk about it?" One tap to book a session with a wellbeing specialist (psychologist or lifestyle coach). Voluntary. The system suggests; you decide. Private. No HR approval needed.
HR Receipts & Alerts
Levels 1–3 run without HR. HR gets a periodic receipt of what the system did — nudges delivered, sessions booked, trend direction. If aggregate signals decline below thresholds, HR gets a direct alert with recommended structural actions. The system handles prevention. HR only steps in when something systemic needs to change.
"The best intervention is the one that arrives before anyone knows it's needed."
Knowledge
Network.
Our approach is informed by clinical psychology, entrepreneurship research, and venture strategy from the Dutch innovation ecosystem.
CLINICAL PSYCHOLOGY
Detection methodology, research design, and clinical alignment with the JD-R model and NVAB guidelines. Informed by research at the Faculty of Psychology and Neuroscience.
STARTUP STRATEGY
Go-to-market validation, business model development, and scaling strategy. Guided by the Centre for Entrepreneurship and Innovation.
VENTURE DEVELOPMENT
Product-market fit, enterprise deployment, and portfolio venture strategy. Part of the Smart Services Campus Incubator Program.
AI & INNOVATION
Human-centred design, AI-driven health innovation, and entrepreneurial behaviour in organisations.
Want to see how it works?
10-week pilot. No disruption. Results from week one.
The Team
Behind It.
Four builders. No middle management. Product, science, and strategy — operating from Maastricht with a bias for shipping.
David Chakrian
Product, strategy, sales, and operations. Built the system architecture and go-to-market from zero. Runs everything non-dev.
Anton Changalidis
Risk engine architect. Designs the detection algorithms, statistical models, and backend analytics pipeline that power autonomous intervention.
Jeanne Olla
Research lead. Designs the scientific framework underlying the prevention model. PhD researcher in Behavioural & Educational Economics, Maastricht University.
Gevorg Chakrian
BSc Data Science & Artificial Intelligence, Maastricht University. Applied machine learning and algorithmic modeling for the detection layer.
